A local company with a global reach, Accredited Limousine
Service was
founded in 1994 by Douglas Thornton, with corporate
headquarters in White Plains, New York. The firm focuses on
corporate travelers and private clients who are looking for
chauffeured service with the highest standards.
Through the use of professionally trained drivers,
state-of-the-art technology and a fleet of late-model
vehicles, ALS provides the highest quality in reliable,
chauffeured transportation.
Licensing and Liability
Accredited Limousine Service is fully licensed by the federal and local
government. In addition, we maintain $1.5 million in
liability insurance, which far exceeds established minimums.

and driving record checks and are put through rigorous
training and testing programs. Chauffeur’s records are

provided by License Monitor.
Safety Standards
Our first concern is always the safety of our passengers.
You can be assured that the vehicle you are riding in is
kept on a strict preventive maintenance schedule and will be
replaced after four years of service. All vehicles are
provided with cell phones and two-way communication
equipment. In all our years in business, we have never had
an accident while carrying passengers in our vehicles. If
security is an issue, armed guards are available upon
request through a fully licensed and bonded firm.

And speaking of airlines, if your plane is delayed, we’ll be
there when it arrives, no matter what the hour because we
track flights on FAA-approved websites. We also use a
computer system that streamlines the reservation process and
builds client profiles, so we often know what your needs are
before you call. We use the Nextel communications network to
keep your chauffeur on top of changes in schedule, security
requirements or travel conditions. It’s all in a day’s work,
making sure we earn our reputation in reliability.
